Before the end of WWII in 1945 most of European countries were in constant wars with their neighbors. This was detrimental for the entire region because the fighting hampered efforts to develop a sustained economic growth. Due to these circumstances, the European Union was born to finally put an end to the endless wars among countries.

Around the 1950s, countries which were producing coal and steel in Europe, decided that in order to continue with the success of the two industries, it was necessary to unite European countries. Thanks to their efforts, the European Union was born.

The founder member countries were Italy, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. They have been very successful in creating of the largest economic trading blocks around the world. It is their hope that the success continue for many decades to come.

The answer is D. The dog sits when Marty opens the cupboard.

Marat540 [252]

The correct answer is implicit memory

Explanation: Implicit Memory is the memory for procedures and skills, for example, the ability to drive, play ball, tie the shoelace and tie.

It can be of four subtypes.

memory acquired and evoked by means of "tips" (Priming) (or memory of perceptual representation) - which corresponds to the image of an event, preliminary to the understanding of what it means. An object, for example, can be retained in this type of implicit memory before we know what it is, what it is for, etc. It is considered that memory can be evoked by means of "tips" (fragments of an image, the first word of a poetry, certain gestures, smells or sounds).

procedural memory - refers to skills and habits. We know the movements necessary to knot a garvata, swim, drive a car, without having to describe it verbally.

associative memory

non-associative memory - These last two are strictly related to some type of response or behavior. We use associative memory, for example, when we begin to salivate simply by looking at an appetizing food, for having, at some point in our life, its appearance or smell associated with food. On the other hand, we use non-associative memory when, without realizing it, we learn that a repetitive stimulus, for example, a dog's bark, does not pose risks, which makes us relax and ignore it.

Which of marx and engels descriptions and predictions ring true even now?
ss7ja [257]
The descriptions of Marx and Engel’s that are still true now is overproduction.
Overproduction refers to the situation where companies produce more product than the market actually need. (which eventually would be discarded/thrown away). If the resources in the country is managed efficiently, the market wouldn't have overproduction while still having some civilians starved and jobless.
