Verbal irony is the use of words to express something in a way that is other than it seems. It can be revealed by noting the original nature of the objects involved. Say for example, when you see an ugly t-shirt printing and you say out loudly “What a beautiful print!”

Pls help me i need to make a 5 paragraph essay about dragon wings pls help now<br> 100 points if so
Paladinen [302]

In this essay, I will be talking about Dragonwings. Dragonwings is a children's historical novel by Laurence Yep, published by Harper & Row in 1975. It inaugurated the Golden Mountain Chronicles and it is the fifth chronicle in narrative sequence among ten published as of 2012. Dragonwings is a work of historical fiction that combines Chinese folklore about dragons with real historical events such as Chinese immigration to California, the great earthquake of 1906, and the story of a father and son who want to fly a plane. This Is My Essay About Dragonwings.

What is the difference between somewhat prepared and moderately prepared??pls elaborate thank you I will give a heart dor the be
WINSTONCH [101]

Answer:

Moderately could be seen as slightly more than somewhat, although the definition of somewhat includes the word moderate, so they are probably more commonly seen as synonyms. Moderately sounds more professional than saying Somewhat. "Somewhat" is defined as "to a moderate extent or by a moderate amount" while "Moderately" is "to a certain extent; quite; fairly". Under Somewhat the first similar wording is "a little bit" while under Moderately it is "somewhat and quite".
