Answer:

The answer is the Adaptation-level theory.

Explanation:

The Adaptation-level theory consists of the different judgments that a person does of a stimulus. These judgments are usually based on his or her prior experiences and how he or she perceived other similar stimuli during his or her past. This theory is used to make interpretations related to psychological findings.

This theory was developed by the American psychologist Harry Helson and he stated that adaptation levels are different according to the person and according to the situations. The adaptation-level theory is usually applied in terms of attitudes, light or sounds as well as in other aspects.

Sever21 [200]

Answer: 40 years of age

Explanation:

In the absence of age as a bona fide occupational qualification (BFOQ), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 prohibits discrimination against an individual who is 40 years of age or older

This discrimination is base on age because it is unlawful to discriminate against a person because of his/her age with respect to any term, condition, or privilege of employment, including hiring, firing, promotion, layoff, compensation, benefits, job assignments, and training. The ADEA permits employers to favour older workers based on age even when doing so affect in return the younger worker.

This Act does not support the discrimination of age when it comes to job applications

slava [35]
I think Mars environment as it's natural state is not applied for human living but discoverers would be able to start building special permanent bases (named by NASA). It allows to do experiments and observe Martian atmosphere.
