D. table in Microsoft Word

E. bulletin board

Answer:

B. spreadsheet

Explanation:

Larry should consider a spreadsheet to keep track of all records concerning his vintage vinyl. He cannot use Microsoft word table as it wouldn't cover all features relevant to his work that he would get in a spreadsheet(microsoft excel for instance).
