Answer:

The monarch who, along with her husband, brought stability to Spain in the late-1400s and eventually funded the 1492 voyage of Christopher Columbus was Isabella I of Castile.

Explanation:

Isabella I of Castile was Queen of Castile and Leon. She and her husband, Ferdinand II of Aragon, were also known as Catholic Kings because they led the Reconquista in the battle against the Moors and won the final victory over them by expelling them from the Iberian Peninsula in 1492.

In the same year, after three rejections of Christopher Columbus' plan to sail west to India, Isabella finally agreed to fund the expedition of Columbus that finally discovered the Americas.

Isabella--she was queen of Spain from 1474-1504 and ruled with her husband Ferdinand.

Isabella and Ferdinand were able to produce growth in Spain and by investing in Columbus to find a route to Asia would produce incredible wealth for the empire.

Mumz [18]
The great depression resulted in a nation wide decrease in food, money and work. This affected peoples ability to pay taxes. Without the government getting money from the people there was no trade happening between the USA and other countries and that resulted in other countries losing essential products and harming them.
