Technically no. But thats just from studies. Prisoners have some sort of fairness that they are treated with whereas in other places, there are much worse situations such as areas around isis.

No prison isn't the worst place in the world. The worst place in the world is anywhere that you aren't protected by big gates and lots of security. Right now the worst place in the world is the place that terrorists plan to attack next, where people are dying of things that we could fix, and there is no specific place that can be named because anything can happen in a moments notice.

After the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 and collapse of Russia's controlled economy, a new Russian Federation was created under Boris Yeltsin in 1991. The Russian Federation had multiple economic reforms, including privatization and market and trade liberalization, due to collapse of communism. Though the economy is much more stable compared to the early 1990s, inflation still remains an issue for Russia.
