Answer: He would avoid it because of sexual diversity.

Explanation: Sexual orientation is a complicated topic, there are lots of different sexual diversities. In this case he would avoid that question because it might offend someone who identifies themselve as queer, asexual, non-binery, transexual, etc. He may be asking 'what is your sexual orientation?' to avoid leaving behind some identities of the sexual spectrum.

Which state is the best one to live in?
Ivanshal [37]
Well this really depends on your needs. California, I would say, is the best state because the weather is great, it hardly ever rains, L.A. is in California, Hollywood is in California, and, if you live in San Diego, you are close to ALL types of terrain: desert, ocean, mountains, and city.

Select all the boxes that do NOT apply to the Fourth Amendment.
Sav [38]
The last 2 are what would be selected, because the 4th amendment states: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation...etc"
