Marrying his former wealthy widow boss, Muhammad was very concerned about the avarice and the evil of people all around him. After years of praying for people to come to a realization of their greed and wickedness, Allah (God) came to him telling him to preach to the people, and recieved later revelations from Allah telling him the exact instructions for how to preach and share his message.
