Parasympathetic nervous
system is known to be one of the two divisions of the autonomic nervous system
and it is responsible for the stimulation of rest and digest activities that
usually occur when the body is at rest after eating which includes salivation,
urination, sexual arousal and digestion.

Ventricles need more, denser muscular tissue because they pump blood to either the whole body(aorta) or to lungs(pulmonary artery). Atria on the other hand pump blood straight to the ventricles so they do not need as much force and power to pump the blood.
