There are various ways you can avoid stress. There are a lot of causes in people’s lives, so I included a list of ways.

Avoid Caffeine, Alcohol, and Nicotine. These can be harmful to your body and become a stressor.

Indulge in Physical Activity.
Exercise is beneficial for your mind.

Get More Sleep.
Sleep will help lessen the stress you have.

Try Relaxation Techniques.

Talk to Someone.
Sometimes “venting” to someone you trust can help just get your feelings out there.

Keep a Stress Diary.
It benefits you to get things down on paper.

Manage Your Time.
Set up a schedule so you can avoid being late and are able to stay organized.

I hope these reasons are enough to fully answer your question. Please let me know if you need further explanation.

Which statements describe the movement of blood through the heart? Select two options.
Oduvanchick [21]

Answer:

A. . Blood from the veins enters the ventricles.

C. Atria push blood into the ventricles

Explanation:

Blood enters the heart through two large veins, the inferior and superior vena cava, emptying oxygen-poor blood from the body into the right atrium of the heart. As the atrium contracts, blood flows from your right atrium into your right ventricle through the open tricuspid valve.

1. The right atrium receives oxygen-poor blood from the body and pumps it to the right ventricle through the tricuspid valve.

2.The right ventricle pumps the oxygen-poor blood to the lungs through the pulmonary valve.

3. The left atrium receives oxygen-rich blood from the lungs and pumps it to the left ventricle through the mitral valve.

4. The left ventricle pumps the oxygen-rich blood through the aortic valve out to the rest of the body.

Damm [24]

Answer:

The correct answer is A) serotonin

Explanation:

Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that is responsible for regulating sleep, aggression, appetite, etc. Serotonin plays an important role in mood swings, fear, anxiety. Decrease production in serotonin can cause depression, loss of appetite, low energy, negative thoughts, irritation, etc.

Therefore as jack has lost his appetite and is unable to sleep and experience mood swings therefore this shows that the amount of serotonin hormone in jack has diminished. Therefore the correct answer is A.
