Answer:

7

Step-by-step explanation:

Formula of joint variation : z = kxy

To Calculate k

Width(x)= 7

Height(y) = 12

Volume(z) = 420

Substitute the values in the formula

420 = k(7)(12)

\frac{420}{7 \times 12} = k

5= k

Now , to find the missing height

Substitute width = x = 15

Height = ?

Volume = z = 525

Substitute the values in the formula :

525 = 5(15)y

\frac{525}{5 \times 15}= y

7= y

So, the  missing value is 7 .

7 * 12 * 5 = 420
10 * 5 * 5 = 250
2 * 18 * 5 = 180
15 * 7 * 5 = 525

Answer
missing = 7

An experiment has conducted a single-factor completely randomized design with three levels of factors and five replicates. The c
Ad libitum [116K]

Answer / Step-by-step explanation:

To properly understand the principle behind the solving of this question, it would be necessary to define and go through some basic terms and their definition.

Therefore to start with, a completely randomized single factor is a type of experiment in which One factor of two or more levels has been manipulated. e.g, the experiment may be investigating the effect of different levels of cost, expenditure or different advertisements

Also, it should be noted that in the area of groping of the experiment, At this point, Each group of different level receives one of the a levels of the independent variable with participants being treated identically in every other respect. The two-group experiment considered previously is a special case of this type of design.

Consequentially, the answer to the narrative of the question would then be:

N= 3 factors levels x 5 replicates = 15

Degrees of freedom for the factor:  a – 1 = 3 – 1 = 2

Degrees of freedom Total = 15 – 1= 14

Degrees of freedom error = Total – factor = 14 – 2 = 12

Bounds of P-value for F = 2.91 with 2 and 12 degrees of freedom are

= 0.01 < P < 0.05

during the first semester, the ratio of the number of students in art class to the number of students in gym class classes was 2
Stels [109]
Are we assuming there are the same number of students total in both classes for both semesters
1st semester  2 art: 7 gym
2nd semester 5 art: 4 gym      so  75 =5/9 75/5=15 for every  1 in the ratio is is = 15 students so 1st semester 30 art 105 gym   2nd semester 75 art 60 gym both have 135 total in both classes both semesters hope i helped -J
