There are lots of examples of the Roman imperial military power, some of which are:
- The battle with the Gauls; the Romans managed to exhibit great tactical knowledge and skills in the battle with the Gauls. They managed to push them exactly where they wanted them, built two walls around them and trapped them, and used their formations very cleverly in every situation by changing tactics as the circumstances required.
- The wars with Macedonia; this three wars were a nice example as to how the Roman military was evolving, learning, and developing with every single battle. In each of the wars a different tactic and formations were used, and the Romans managed to develop few new ones as well as to make their weaknesses another strong asset, and they managed with the final defeat on the Macedonians when they again managed to use the terrain in their advantage and place the Macedonian army exactly were they wanted so that they are weakened in defense while the Romans were in great attacking advantage.
By believing in controlling ideas as well as actions would be
the reaction to the idea that "all men are created equal" by the followers
of the three philosophical traditions in China. This would give "all men
are created equal" a new power. With this, a new power would be given to
the “all men are created equal” statement.
The Declaration of Independence
of the United States of America in 1776 was the event where the
immortal statement “all men are created equal” was made. This means that “all
the people have a right to live, to be happy and to be free and all the people
on the Earth are equal from birth” if understood in a much broader sense.
Robert E. Lee was a very successful Confederate military leader during the four years of Civil War. After the war, he believed in reconciliation between the North and the South and in putting the past behind them by living in peace with one another and not continuing to hold grudges. He did not believe that the confederate cause should continue to be glorified in the South, nor that monuments of confederate leaders should be created since it promoted a period of division and conflict. He also accepted the end of slavery for he had always recognized the immorality of it, despite having slaves himself. As a slaveholder, he always treated slaves kindly and made sure they were well-treated and cared for. However, he was against political and racial equality for African-Americans. He did not agree that the former slaves should be able to vote, since he believed they needed more time and education before doing so.

1) The effect that explorers had on North America was that without these explorers, like Christopher Columbus, then the "New World" would have never been to be. It would have never been colonized.
