Kofi Annan is basically stating that arguing against globalization is foolish. That is because, like the laws of gravity, they cannot be changed. The laws of gravity is set in stone, that is why it is called a law. If you could argue against a scientific law, then it would be called a theory. That is why it is foolish to argue against globilization.
