What role do enzymes play in chemical reaction that occur in your body
andrew-mc [135]

Answer AND Explanation:

There is a large number of biochemical reactions taking place in a cell at any given time. Enzymes being biological catalysts control these reactions and regulate them so that they proceed at a pace that is suitable for sustaining life. Thus enzymes regulate cellular activities. Why was the Euglena green in color? What is the name of the specialized body structure that is located at the base of the tail?
sweet [91]
The Euglena was green because it had chloroplasts in it, just like plants. The body structure at the base of the tail that relates to this is the photo receptor. These two enabled it to photosynthesize food like plants, but it could also take food from its surroundings like animals.

Clumped dispersion is the most common type found in nature. The distance between neighboring individual is at a minimum. This is common among organisms that are usually preyed such as in herds or family groups. Evenly spaced distribution maximizes the distances between individuals. There is usually competition for a resource. Penguins are an example of this distribution. Random distribution or unpredictable spacing is the least common among the three. Each individual is independent of the other. They occur in environments that have consistent environmental resources and conditions.
