Like DNA, each RNA strand has the same basic structure, composed of nitrogenous bases covalently bound to a sugar-phosphate backbone

How does the movement of materials across the cell membrane relate to an<br> organism’s survival?
ioda

I believe it relates because as we know the cell membrane is permeable meaning that allows oxygen, carbohydrates, food to enter the cell but it doesn't allow the entrance of large molecules that harm the cells.

After all the movement around it, matters because for example without food the mitochondria won't be able to create the energy and then with that energy, the nucleus to use it to complete the main the activities of the cell.

Hopefully this what you meant when you asked the question. Have a nice day/evening

Diapedesis is the process by which red blood cells move into tissue spaces from the interior of blood capillaries. True or False
Lana71 [14]

Answer:

False

Explanation:

Diapedesis is the process by which white blood cells move into tissue spaces from the interior of blood capillaries. It is the process of emigration of WBCs from the bloodstream. With the help of adhesion molecules, WBCs become attached to the endothelium of the blood vessels and squeeze between these cells. The adhesion molecules bind to the sugar moieties present on the surface of WBCs. Phagocytic WBCs such as neutrophils arrive at the site of infection by the process of diapedesis only.

Goryan [66]

The bulldog ant has a diploid number of two chromosomes. Therefore, following meiosis, each daughter cell will have a single chromosome. In addition to mutations, genetic diversity might be generated in this species due to (C) crossing over and random fertilization.

There are some points during sexual reproduction which might increase the chances of a genetic diversity.

During meiosis I, crossing over during prophase produces sets of chromosomes having new combinations of alleles.

Genetic diversity might also generated by random fertilization of the gametes created through meiosis. Any of the genetically distinctive sperm produced by a male might fertilize the genetically distinctive egg produced by a female.
