Sal and Brianna do not think Debby is very good at her job, and they are angry that Debby recently got a promotion and pay raise
svp [43]

Answer:

distributive justice

Explanation:

Sal and Brianna do not think Debby is very good at her job, and they are angry that Debby recently got a promotion and pay raise. Sal suggests that Debby got the promotion because she is old friends with their supervisor. Sal and Brianna feel the situation lacks distributive justice. Distributive justice is the concept that there should be fairness in workload and equal outcome relating to opportunities, career advancement, compensation or benefit relating to work done. Sal and Brianna believe that Debby getting the promotion is deficit of distributive justice because she was not promoted based on her outcome or work efficiency.
