I believe the answer is: Interactionist perspective

Interactionist perspective would see that society is formed because of the interraction that different individuals made daily.
During this interraction, each individuals would try to fulfill their needs by fulfilling the needs of other individuals, which in the end would resulted in one large complex society.

Poor ventilation to places that may need it such as apartments resulting in the death or a strong illness of infants and small animals, illness such as bronchitis and pneumonia can become more and more frequent in highly polluted areas. That being said pneumonia can cause excessive coughing (bronchitis does this to) and deathly high fevers. And that's just pollution in the form of smog. Water pollution can cause fishermen and farmers to be unable to harvest or catch food leading to them loosing business, money, and supplies. Just as well The water can pollute the ground people farm with, and people who accidentally swim in or drink the polluted waters by accident can be poisoned by a whole slew of various things. Hope that helped, msg me if you need more accurate info.

How would a predisposition towards trait anxiety affect a person's ability to lead?
Kryger [21]

Answer:

A predisposition toward trait anxiety such as fear and threat is always affect a person's ability to lead.

while a followers knowledge towards anxiety will define the attitude of such person to work, even if a supervisor attempts to motive him/her.

Explanation:

Leadership is a function that demands competency and stability. To lead therefore will also demand that a person display a positive mental attitude to lead. A situation where one begins to develop trait anxiety which is referred to as a relatively stable disposition from within that is tilted to negative feelings to judge or be threatened by series of environmental factors, such individual’s qualities, skills and emotional stability loses its center of balance and often leads to poor decision making, fear of failure, poor performance and hostile leadership qualities.

On the other hand, when a follower’s knowledge and understanding of anxiety is very poor, it will lead to almost the same traits displaced in the scene above, because the attitude and inner conviction of the person will be at work in all his thought and behaviour. This is to say that whatever form of motivation that is put forward by the supervisor if not focused on combating the cause of such anxiety in the follower will yield no result.

You tend to perceive the elements in the first example as two units because of the law of similarity, which states that elements that are similar to each other tend to be seen as one group.  You tend to perceive the elements in the second example as five units because of the law of proximity, which states that elements that are closely placed together are usually seen as one group even when they are within a larger group.

Mr lecter is presented with a series of cards that are all blots of ink he is asked to state what he sees on these cards?
Alik [6]

A set of playing cards that are only blots of ink are given to Mr. Lecter. On these cards, he is instructed to describe what he observes. Mr. Lecter is most likely completing a projective test.

In psychology, a projective test is an examination that frequently uses ambiguous stimuli, including inkblots (Rorschach Test) and mysterious images (Thematic Apperception Test), to elicit reactions that may reveal aspects of the subject's personality by projecting internal attitudes, traits, and behavioral patterns onto the external stimuli.

Less frequently, projective tests are also used to examine how people learn. Other projective techniques include association tests using spoken words as the stimuli, which require respondents to construct wooden block structures, finish phrases, paint with their fingers, or offer samples of their handwriting.

The usefulness and dependability of projective tests depend on a variety of factors, such as the degree to which identical personality interpretations can be made by various evaluators using the same test data and the degree to which those interpretations are supported by personality assessments from other sources.
