The states were represented by pillars in a foundation because<u> it was the manner to represent the Constitution ratificacion process of every state, and also the pillars depicted that the United States was founded in the 13 pillars, that represented the 13 states together. </u>Whereby in September 17, 1787, the Constitucional Assemble approved and acepted the new Constitution, then on September 28 the Congress ordered to the state legislatures to convoke assemblies to ratify the Constitution in every state, but the article specified that nine states had to ratify the Constitution before it was implemented, so there were carried out the assemblies, but some states were against the Constitution, only 5 ratified it <em>(Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia and Connecticut)</em> and due to that, with the objective to promote the ratification by the other States, on January 16, 1788, was published the first one of the Federal Pillars <em>(That were a succession of prints issued for several months) </em>where was showed 5 pillars refferring to the 5 states that had ratified the Constitution until that moment, and then in June 11, 1788, was printed the second one where 3 states <em>(Massachusetts, Maryland and South Carolina) </em> in addition to the previous 5, ratified the Constitution. And finally, on August 2nd, 1788, appeared in the third print the New Hampshire, Virginia and New York pillars, representing the 3 states in addition to the 8 previous that ratified the U.S. Constitution.

Answer:

Dis-positional attribution

Explanation:

Dis-positional attribution characteristics are in which the cause and the responsibility of such behavior can be assigned to the external factor of forces is called dis-positional attribution behavior. When external sources have to be blamed for a particular behavior. This behavior is used to explain other behavior rather than self behavior. For example, if someone getting late for the office he will blame the jam to be getting late rather than his behavior.

Thus here Jen's friend was fired from part-time because Jen's think that she has low patience for the job. So it illustrates that of dispositional attributional behavior.

What was Walter Mischel's critique of personality? Provide at least two arguments from his critique. Explain one example of mode
Lemur [1.5K]

Answer:

Walter Mischel's Theory of Personality states that a person's behavior is influenced by two factors: the specific attributes of a given situation and the way the person perceives the situation.

Explanation:

According to Mischel, there are five person variables that contribute to the conditions of a given situation. They are used to predict how a person is more likely to behave.

- Competences: our intellectual skills, as well as our social skills.

- Cognitive Strategies: the different perceptions of a certain event. For example, what may be "threatening" to you may be "challenging" to someone else.

-Expectations: the expected results of the different behaviors, obtained by the person within his mind.

-Subjective values: the respective value of each possible result of various behaviors.

-Self-regulation systems: the set of rules and norms to which people adapt to regulate their behavior.

Finally, Mischel believes that personality itself does not exist and that our traits are simply cognitive strategies or things we do for ourselves to obtain the kind of reward we desire.

<em><u>There are many modern examples that support this theory of personality According to scientific sources, people who know how to wait obtain more benefits in the short and long term</u></em>, because they develop qualities such as patience, self-control, self-control, which allows them to easily adapt to the situations if there are unexpected changes in their lives, such as loss of employment, or the simple fact of knowing how to wait in a bank.

What is the gratification to receive, or the response to their behavior: perhaps more accessible people, better employees with a very good self-esteem and a more productive social and family life.
