Answer:

Among the options given on the question the correct answers are given below.

Resources are limited and will become more scarce.

With more people competing for resources, there will be more poverty.

More jobs will be necessary.

Additional schools will be necessary.

Explanation: In developing countries the one of the major problem is the rapid population growth. Because of lacking proper knowledge about family planning the population is booming in the developing countries. Moreover there are insufficient birth control staffs. As a result population has a fast growth in the developing countries.

But there are far more consequences for this rapid growth of population.Because in most of the developing countries there are limited resources which are used heavily for the need of the population. As a result when there will be more people there will be more need of resources. But the limited resource will be more scarce at that time.

Moreover, for more people there will more want of jobs. But if there is not enough of the opportunity for creating jobs then there will be great difficulty for people to earn their livelihood.

DochEvi [55]

The correct answer is:

C. To appeal to the dissatisfied, multi-ethnic population of the Soviet Union.

Gorbachev was not trying "to establish his dominance," as the other answer here had suggested. When Gorbachev came into leadership in the USSR, the Soviet economy was struggling and there were dissidents across the spectrum of the country who called out for reforms and changes.

In 1985, Mikhail Gorbachev proposed policies of perestroika (restructuring) and glasnost (openness) in the Soviet Union. Perestroika meant allowing some measure of private enterprise in the Soviet Union. Glasnost meant allowing a bit of freedom in regard to speech and publication.

Which provides residents with close access to high-paying jobs and cultural attractions?
Alenkasestr [34]

Answer:

The city

Explanation:

After the Industrial Revolution, the process of urbanization took place. This refers to a trend of people from agricultural communities moving to urban communities (cities). The main reasons for this was because cities provided people with access to high-paying jobs and cultural attractions. Life in the city was meant to be more lively and rich. However, since the 1950s, many families have decided to move outside of cities (to suburbs), as these were considered to be better for young families.
