Answer

Find out the how many notes of each denomination did she give .

To prove

Let us assume that x be the scalar multiplication of the Rs 50, Rs100,Rs500 curreny notes.

As given

Kamala gave Rs 1,50,000 to her friend.

She gave currency notes of denomination Rs. 50,Rs.100,Rs.500 in the ratio 4:3:5.

Rs50 currency note gave in the denomination = 4x

Rs100 currency note gave in the denomination = 3x

Rs500 currency note gave in the denomination = 5x

than the equation becomes

4x + 3x + 5x = 150000

12x = 150000

x = \frac{150000}{12}

x = 12500

Thus

Rs50 currency note gave in the denomination = 4 × 12500

                                                                             = 50000

Rs100 currency note gave in the denomination = 3 × 12500

                                                                             = 37500

Rs500 currency note gave in the denomination = 5 × 12500

                                                                             = 62500

1436 60 30

1521 65 35

1741 65 35

1866 70 40

1717 70 40

The multiple regression equation obtained for the data:

With sales, y = predicted variable

Radio, x1 = predictor variable 1

Newspaper, x2 = predictor variable 2

ŷ = 13.10812X1 + 17.07885X2 + 149.19284

Slope b1, = for every unit change in Number of radio advert, there is a 13.10812 change in sales

Slope B2, = for every unit change in Number of newspaper advert, there is a 17.07885 change in sales

b0 = intercept = 149.19284, represents the estimated amount of sales if there was no sales reported from both radio and newspaper advert.

Sales where, X1 = $20,000; X2 = $20,000

ŷ = 13.10812(20000) + 17.07885(20000) + 149.19284

y = 603888.59284

Sales (y) = $603889

Find the 5th term in the expansion of (x – 3y)8
Lynna [10]
Not sure what you mean by 5th term, I assume it's the term with the form x^3y^5

Then, you can use combination method:

C(8,3) * (-3)^5 = -13608

So, 5th term is -13608x^3y^5

The equation for momentum is p = mv where p is the momentum, m is the mass and v is the velocity. Calculating the momentum for each football player, player A will have a momentum of 1050 lb-mi/h and player B will have a momentum of 570 lb-mi/h. Therefore, momentum of player A is greater than that of player B.

Two weeks in a row, the golf course hosts a group of golfers. The second week had 10 more golfers than the first week. Use the d
Trava [24]

Answer:

Option A.

Step-by-step explanation:

From the first dot plot the given data set for week 1 is

62, 68, 68, 68, 69, 70, 70, 72, 72, 72, 75, 75, 76, 78, 78, 80, 80, 80, 89, 89

Divide the data in 4 equal parts.

(62, 68, 68, 68, 69), (70, 70, 72, 72, 72), (75, 75, 76, 78, 78), (80, 80, 80, 89, 89)

Range=Maximum-Minimum=89-62=27

Median=\frac{72+75}{2}=73.5

Mean=\frac{\sum x}{n}=\frac{1491}{20}=74.55

From the second dot plot the given data set for week 2 is

62, 68, 68, 68, 69, 70, 70, 72, 72, 72, 75, 75, 76, 78, 78, 80, 80, 80, 85, 86, 86, 86, 88, 88, 88, 88, 89, 89, 89, 89

Divide the data in 4 equal parts.

(62, 68, 68, 68, 69, 70, 70), 72, (72, 72, 75, 75, 76, 78, 78), (80, 80, 80, 85, 86, 86, 86), 88, (88, 88, 88, 89, 89, 89, 89)

Range=Maximum-Minimum=89-62=27

Median=\frac{78+80}{2}=79

Mean=\frac{\sum x}{n}=\frac{2364}{30}=78.8

The range for Week 1 is equal to the range for Week 2.

The median for Week 2 is more than the median for Week 1.

The mean for Week 2 is more than the mean for Week 1.

Therefore, the correct option is A.
