Which book would provide the MOST useful information specifically for teenagers who are considering running a marathon? A) Cross
Goryan [66]
I would say D. because it will help train and give advice on what the teen should do in order to run a marathon and see if it's what they want to do. Eating right can help but the training guide would seem to help the most helpful. It couldn't be A. because cross country is different than running a marathon. I hope this helps!
