In relation to the Federal government, when Congress or the president spends money unwisely or on unimportant things, it is called pork barrel spending.

The term pork barrel refers to a metaphor for the appropriation of government spending for localized projects secured solely or primarily to bring money to a representative's district. The usage originated in American English. The term pork barrel politics refers to spending which is intended to benefit constituents of a politician in return for their political support, either in the form of campaign contributions or votes.

$16 trillion deficit

There are better ways to spend this money. billions of dollars are wasted on voters that already are dedicated to a party and aren't changing. Democrats will always vote democratic because they are ignorant. This country doesn't understand that voting is not who can "win" its who can fix this country. I am very disappointed about voters decisions. I am going to be that guy that is saying told ya so when this country goes down.

Hope this helps.

Why did members of the Latter-Day Saints move from New York to Ohio then to Missouri and ultimately to Utah?
love history [14]
The early members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called the "Mormon" church) didn't just move straight from New York to Utah... the move took 14 years! So the reasons vary. Only about a year after the Church was organized, most of it's members moved from New York to Kirtland, Ohio. This is because a large group of people in Kirtland had joined the Church, and it was decided that it would be best for the New York members to move to join these new Ohio members. Soon after, some groups of Mormons were sent to Missouri to settle what was intended on being Zion, the headquarters of the Church.

Why were children targeted by the Nazis?
MissTica

The Nazis did not single out children specifically because they were children, but because of their alleged membership in dangerous racial, biological, or political groups

.Along with elderly people, children had the lowest rate of survival in concentration camps and killing centers. People over fifty years of age, pregnant women, and young children were immediately sent to the gas chambers at Auschwitz-Birkenau and other killing centers.

Children were especially vulnerable to Nazi persecution. As many as 1.5 million children, about 1 million of them Jewish, were killed by Nazi Germany and its collaborators.

Once registered into the camp, prisoners possessions were taken to a warehouse facility and sorted for redistribution into Germa
Mnenie [13.5K]

Answer:

The seizure and redistribution of assets was intended to enrich the field guards and supply German needs.

Explanation:

When Jews were harsh for the Nazi army, they were very afraid of the uncertain future they were waiting for and for that reason, they used to take with them valuables that they could use when they were released, or that could help them survive during their imprisonments. These valuables consisted of jewelry, property deeds, watches, silk, or any other object of great commercial value. However, upon reaching the concentration camps, they were searched and everything they owned was taken over by the Germans (even gold teeth were confiscated). These apprehensions were intended to enrich the field soldiers who took possession of these objects, or even redistributed them among the civilian population, or used them to finance Nazi Germany's campaigns.
