The primary purpose for writing this constitution is to establish a sense of peace within his community. The steps he takes is establishing leadership roles and representatives. He gets other people involved and gives individuals jobs that pertain to their life. He symbolizes nature with achieving peace and making it believable to people. “Thus shall the Great Peace be established and hostilities shall no longer be known between the Five Nations but peace to the United People."
