But now people have realised that the practising discrimination would affect the society and psychology of the people who are affected by the mistreatment. Now law has been enacted to protect from the people from the social system which practices the unequal treatments.

The court of law is also designated to provide defendant own lawyer when the person is not able to hire one. No defendant can give false statement against oneself. Until all facts related to the case are not clear and they do not go against the defendant till then the defendant is innocent in the court of law.
