Do you think laws against guns go against the 2nd amendment? Explain.

Answer:

Yes

Explanation:

The second amendment states that we as American citizens have the right to bean arms, and the laws against guns is nothing but direct infringement of our rights.  I seen something once that said "Ban idiots, not guns"; that's why we have gun laws, irresponsible people who get "gun happy".

Hope this helps :)

What benifit did the flooding of the Nile River have?
Naddika [18.5K]

In 1970 when the Aswan High Dam was completed, the annual Nile floods and sediment stopped for most of Egypt's civilisation which lived downstream. In addition to creating electricity, the dam allowed Egyptians to control the flow of water and build upon the Nile's banks with certainty that it wouldn't be flooded.

A manager with a Theory X view of human nature would ________. trust his or her workers allow workers to monitor themselves be u
Orlov [11]

The correct answer would be option C, Be unlikely to allow workers to work independently.

A manager with a Theory X view of Human nature would be unlikely to allow workers to work independently.

Explanation:

There are basically two main theories of Human nature. These are Theory X and Theory Y. These both theories were proposed by a social psychologist,  Douglas McGregor. These theories are the contrasting theories.

Theory X suggests that people who are at work usually dislike their work, they are little ambitions, and are not willing to responsibilities. Theory Y is based on the contrasting assumptions of Theory X.

So a manager who has a view of Theory X, he is unlikely to allow workers to work independently because he thinks that employees who work independently are less likely to put their maximum effort to achieve their given tasks.
