Answer:

Yes

Explanation:

The second amendment states that we as American citizens have the right to bean arms, and the laws against guns is nothing but direct infringement of our rights.  I seen something once that said "Ban idiots, not guns"; that's why we have gun laws, irresponsible people who get "gun happy".
