A misconception that recovery cannot occur after a spinal injury prevents a person from maximizing one's potential to recover because the injured person might lose hope that he would not recover thus would not engage into therapies that would help his recovery. The person would suffer then depression causing more health problems.

▪Too much intake of fats and oils.

This will increase the risk of high blood pressure, hardening of the arteries, heart attack and stroke.

▪My solution. Eat a balanced diet as many times as you can because its healthy. All food types (protein, carbohydrates.......) have effects if one of them is taken too much.

▪According to my research (google) it is healthy to take 2 to 3 teaspoons of oil per day ,this will mean that you have taken 1/2 a litre of oil per month.
