Hmm I don't know in what way you're referring to, but something called yo-yo dieting<span> or the </span>yo-yo<span> effect might be what you're looking for. It's when someone looses weight and then regains it back.

Those things are so silly. i always used to put :going for a jog; exercising for 60 minutes every day; and cleaning around the house. and just say how your going to do those things. you can really put anything you want.
