On Wikipedia it says, "The new Constitution provided for a much stronger federal government by establishing a chief executive (the President), courts, and taxing powers." The constitution contained the checks and balances system, and this textual evidence is describing it. I cross checked this with other sources, so it is reliable.
Western political though simply refers to the culminaton of ideas that can be found in Europe and the US + Canada. All of these three entities tend to take the same or similar stance towards different political aspects of life.
Failed to think about greed, communism wants care for the group not for the individual. However people are greedy and only care for themselves
Nationalism can unify a country and devise it.
The unifying force can bring people together who share the same culture, ideas, etc.
Nationalism can be a devisive force when a collective group of people do not share similar beliefs and ideas.
