What is the difference between standard English and non-standard English

Standard English is proper grammar, proper accent, etc. Non-standard is to have your own variation

In standard english, there is a set of rules that one has to follow to make perfect sentences that MAKE SENSE In non-standard english, some of it wouldnt make sense as in a sentence, however, the listener would still understand the message (hopefully)
