Q1)The primary difference between the Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) and the Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) is in how the steam that spins the main turbine generator is created. The BWR generates high pressure steam that leaves the reactor and goes directly to the turbine through the main steam piping.

Q2)This is generally buried underground, so it does not cause significant air pollution, greenhouse effect, or acid rain. These three are mostly caused by particulate matter or greenhouse gases that are emitted into the atmosphere

Q3)Neutrons

What are some compare and contrasts between Terrestrial Planets and Gas Planets?
dexar [7]

The different types of planets would be the gas giants all have more than 12 moons whereas the terrestrial planets all have less than 3 moons. A second difference is that that gas giants are all larger in diameter than the terrestrial planets. Also the Gas Giants are usually bigger than Terrestrial Planets. Gas Giants also have thicker atmospheres, and have gaseous surfaces. Terrestrial planet tend to be smaller, and have solid surfaces. In our solar system, Mercury, Venus, Earth (home), and Mars are Terrestrial planets.I am glad to help anytime ...Brainliest?

Given the following information:Br2 bond energy = 193 kJ/mol F2 bond energy = 154 kJ/mol 1/2Br2(g) + 3/2F2(g) -> BrF3(g) = –3
arlik [135]

Answer:

C) 712 KJ/mol

Explanation:

 • ΔH°r = Σ Eb broken - Σ Eb formed
 • 1/2Br2(g) + 3/2F2(g) → BrF3(g)

∴ ΔH°r = - 384 KJ/mol

∴ Br2 Eb = 193 KJ/mol

∴ F2 Eb = 154 KJ/mol

⇒ Σ Eb broken = (1/2)(Br-Br) + (3/2)(F-F)

⇒ Σ Eb broken = (1/2)(193 KJ/mol) + (3/2)(154 KJ/mol) = 327.5 KJ/mol

∴ Eb formed: Br-F

⇒ Σ Eb formed (Br-F) = Σ Eb broken - ΔH°r

⇒ Eb (Br-F) = 327.5 KJ/mol - ( - 384 KJ/mol )

⇒ Eb Br-F = 327.5 KJ/mol + 384 KJ/mol = 711.5 KJ/mol ≅ 712 KJ/mol
