The answer is expression (3,-2).
Plug in answer after making a workable expression to y=1+-1x
2x+-3(1+-1x)
2x+-3+3x=-12
5x+-3=-12
     -3   -3
5x=-15
x=-3
Plug back to expression
y=1+-3
y=-2
and x already is 3 so that is your answer for that.
