The answer would be the Goalkeeper.

The goalkeeper expends the least amount of cardiovascular energy as he does not run around the pitch during the game therefore he does not need as much stamina as the other players in that manner. His position is mainly to monitor and protect the goal which isn't a large area so his movement is limited.
