Answer: She is more mature than him.

Explanation:

Hi, when he is banished from Verona, she has a higher level of maturity than him. She displays significant progress in her development from a simple, innocent girl to a brave, mature, and loyal woman.

For example, when he finds out he is banished, he would rather be killed.

Ha, banishment? Be merciful, say death

For exile hath more terror in his look,

Much more than death. Do not say ‘banishment. (Act 3, Scene 3, p. 71)

And when she finds out, she is upset:

O serpent heart, hid with a flow'ring face!

Did ever dragon keep so fair a cave?

Beautiful tyrant! fiend angelical! (Act 3, Scene 2, p. 67)

She is referring to him as a serpent heart, but later she remembers that he is her husband and decides not to think poorly of her him.
