Answer:yes send a copy of their formed consent via facsimile To the subject's wife and after she has had an opportunity to speak to the investigator, she can sign the informed consent and send it back to you.

Explanation: the man should not be exempted from the trail because his wife is not around to sign up the consent form. Faxing it is a better and quicker way to get the wife's consent because this trial may help her husband. And also a waver of consent will not also be given by the IRB and verbal approval by the wife is not acceptable legally. The best way is still faxing it to the wife and she has done her own background check she can sign it and fax it back via facsimile also.

UC San Diego includes on its instructor evaluations a question about the quality of the classroom. However, instructors do not have any control over the classroom they use because it is assigned to them. Because this question measures something that is not truly part of the instructor's performance, it might be considered in the following way

Explanation:

  • UC San Diego is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). UC San Diego Extension—like all other UC San Diego schools, colleges and departments—is accredited by WASC through the University.
  • Calculate your GPA-Divide the total number of grade points by the total number of units. The result is your GPA.
  • CAPES are never "mandatory" but they really are important for the university.
  • Quarter/Semester Unit Equivalency -As a general rule, quarter credits are converted to semester credits by dividing the number of quarter credits by 1.5. For example, if you completed a course worth four quarter credits at UC San Diego Extension, the course would be worth 2.66 semester credits.
  • The University of California, San Diego (UCSD) is accredited by WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), the regional accrediting agency serving higher education institutions in California, Hawaii, and the Pacific Region. ... UC San Diego has been accredited since 1964.
  • The most popular majors at University of California--San Diego include: Biology, General; Economics; Computer Engineering; Mathematics; and Psychology, General. The average freshman retention rate, an indicator of student satisfaction, is 95 percent.
