asure? "’What in the world are those girls about now?’ thought Laurie, opening his sleepy eyes to take a good look, for there was something rather peculiar in the appearance of his neighbors.” “He was in one of his moods, for the day had been both unprofitable and unsatisfactory, and he was wishing he could live it over again.” "’Well, that's cool,’ said Laurie to himself, ‘to have a picnic and never ask me!’” "’You'll get there, Beth, sooner or later, no fear of that,’ said Jo. ‘I'm the one that will have to fight and work, and climb and wait, and maybe never get in [the Celestial City] after all.’"

I believe the answer is the second choice. "He was in one of his moods, for the day.." the first and third choices are definitely out, no doubt. And the fourth is the runner up. I'd have to say the second is the best choice. Key words are 'unprofitable' and 'unsatisfactory' followed by the notion that he wishes he could start over. This gives the impression that he was idle rather than ambitious.

Okay so I'm not the best at poetry so please bare with me.

Answer:(I hope) I believe that 'The Law' of the jungle is not strong just on its own. I mean there has to be people...or animals to support it, to make it stronger. (see what I did there)

It says, "For the strength of the Pack is the wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack." They both support each other which make the law stronger.

((Hope this helps))

In an ____________, the writing has two meanings, the literary and a symbolic one.
Softa [21]
The answer is allegory, since allegory is a rhetorical device that convey hidden meanings through symbolic figures in a literary piece which create the meaning the author wants to portray. It is in a form of story or poem and the meaning could be political or moral, depending on the author's true meaning.
