Answer:

In the United States, suburbanization began to occur in mass amounts after World War II, when soldiers returned home from war and wanted to live in houses outside of the city. Suburbs in the United States have also evolved by increases in technology, which allows residents to work from home rather than commute.

Given what you know about the geography and chronology of the Chavin and Nazca, what might explain the fact that the Chavin and
malfutka [58]

The need to maximize a limited access to water for both human consumption and agriculture might explain the fact that both Peruvian cultures - both agricultural civilizations - used underground aqueducts to collect and transport water to reservoirs that were located nearby. For instance, the rivers that supplied the Nazca people did not carry any water during part of the year, so they conceived an innovative system that allowed them to collect the water from the rain that filtered through the ground into underground galleries, which allowed them to prevent the loss of that water - they inhabited a desert area, after all. The Chavin civilization also inhabited arid and extensive coastal areas that required ample and complex irrigation systems, hence the importance of saving and transporting water.

In your opinion, is taking the law into one's own hands
Svet_ta [14]
The simple answer to your complex question is NO. This is assuming that you live in a country where there are good laws (remember that history is full of bad governments that implemented bad laws) and that law enforcement is effective. Simplisticly, you should only ask yourself this question when your or your families life is being threatened and law enforcement is not around. Your response must still be within the constraints of your laws or you will find yourself in hot water. I'm not even going to try to discuss the ethics and morals that can apply as the situation can vary immensely. Keep it simple - don't operate outside the law, rather fight against unjust laws.
