Playing is way more different because we have new technology and items we can use whilr playing with a friend. An example is the tablet or phone. People also make new techniques we can use while playing games, and new games we can play while friends are over!

This is true.

For example, the Hillside Apartments was a steel framed construction and was damaged beyond repair after the quake. However, the building next it was wood frame construction and it survived with minor damages. 
Another thing to know is that wood can withstand massive earthquakes. Wood construction has some tremendous advantages. Wood is strong,light,flexible and fast.
