Answer:

adolescence; identity vs. role confusion

Explanation:

Erik Erickson asserted that an individual had to build his personality during adolescence, but this construction was not done in the same way for all teenagers, ie it was not done in a standardized and linear way. During this phase of life there is always looking for something else, there are crises, indecisions, conflicting situations that have to be resolved one way or another.

Erickson believed that this search for identity was most evident at the stage called identity vs. role confusion, that the moment when the teenager questions his identity and tries to identify with something.

NEED HELP WITH THIS!! What do you believe should be Canada's role in the Syrian Crisis?
8_murik_8 [283]

Answer:

I believe that it should continue to welcome Syrian refugees and provide asylum to them in this time of crisis. Canada should also continue to support them financially until they are self-sufficient. Canada can speed up the process of resettling them by having a better plan about housing when they arrive and hiring more personnel.

It should contribute by volunteering with the United Nations to provide resources, like food and medical aid, to the refugees who are not resettled.

Canada should also help by sending diplomats and peacekeepers to help solve the root of the problem.
