Chlorophyl is found in plants, and plants use sunlight to make energy.
That energy is in the form of ATP.
During the transfer of energy from one tropic level to the next tropic level around 90% of the total energy is lost in the metabolic processes in the form of heat. Hence only about 10% of the total energy can only be transferred from one tropic level to the next tropic level.

During prophase, which occurs after G2 interphase, the cell prepares to divide by tightly condensing its chromosomes and initiates mitotic spindle formation. The chromatin fibers condenses into discrete chromosomes. The nucleolus also disappears during early prophase.
I believe it would be manual labor. During the Industrial Age of Employment, most people would have to do repetitive jobs, or manual labor. Design, engineer, and knowledge broker were not common during this time.
