d 3 adults in another music concert. How much was the admission for each child and adult?

12c+3a= 162
8c+3a=122
Multiply the second by -1.Add both
And you have

4c=40
Divide both sides by 4
c=10..
The price for 12 children is $120
The price for 3 adults is $162-120= $42
Each adult pays $12
