Do political parties help or hinder the legislative work of both houses of Congress? Explain your answer.
hram777 [196]
Is this an answer where you are supposed to give your opinion? It sounds this way to me. In my opinion, political parties usually hinder the legislative work of Congress more than help it because bills being passed and things being done get hung up in the red tape of political discourse and Congressmen and women voting just based on whatever party they are in and not based on what they actually believe in and what will be best for the country.
