Answer:

TV Advertising Most Likely to Influence Consumers

TV is the most influential medium for advertising. About 60% of consumers are likely to make a purchase after seeing or hearing a TV advertisement. ... Consumers are most influenced by TV advertisements because they inform consumers about a product more than other mediums.

Explanation:

A new self-report measure of children's attitudes toward TV advertising is described. The self-report scale was administered to 300 8- to-10-year-old children, and their parents completed a questionnaire evaluating socioeconomic status, educational level, and peer influence. Results of a factor analysis supported three identifiable factors reflecting theoretically based constructs of children's attitudes toward TV advertising: enjoyment, credence and behavioral-intention. The scale showed good convergent validity and internal consistency. Credence of TV advertising decreases significantly across age groups. Environmental factors also are significant predictors of children's attitude toward TV advertising. The implications of the findings for future theoretical and empirical development of research in this field are discussed.

From what part of the country overwhelmingly was andrew jackson’s base?
STatiana [176]

Answer:

A

Explanation:

This is actually a hard question to answer. It also depends on which election you are talking about. John Quincy Adams won the first round (1824) and Jackson came back and won the second round (1828) resoundingly. So I take it we are talking about the second round.

Adams took the north east.

Jackson won almost everywhere else in 1828, but his most solid report came from the frontier and the south.

C is definitely wrong. Adams won the northeast.

B is also incorrect. The north east states belonged to Adams.

The 1824 election is a really interesting election. I did not know this, but apparently in that election it was really the house of representatives that decided who the president was going to be.

Adams was the only president not to win either the popular vote or the electoral college vote and still become president. I urge you, particularly if you are an American, to look up to see how that happened. It certainly was not repeated in 1828 or any time since for that matter.

East Germany

The official name of East Germany was the German Democratic Republic.  It was a communist state aligned in the orbit of the Soviet Union.

The Allies of World War II divided Germany into four zones of control after the war -- each zone occupied by one of the Allied nations -- Britain, France, the USA, and the USSR.  The same thing was done for the city of Berlin, which was in the Soviet-controlled zone (East Germany).  East Berlin was governed under Soviet control, and West Berlin was governed by the western Allies -- Britain, France and the USA.  The British, French and American sectors were combined into West Germany (and West Berlin), and the eastern area became "East Germany," a satellite of the Soviet Union.
