Why is calcium not required in the process of glycerinated muscle contraction?

Medicine
1 answer:
CaHeK987 [17]3 years ago

Answer and Explanation:

calcium is not required in the process of glycerinated method because glycerination process intrrupt the troponin- tropomyosin complex due to this interruption the bindings are exposed. So the glycerin makes the membrane suitable for the small molecules including ATP. Addition of ATP is highly required by the glycerinated muscle so that the myosin head actually binds the binding site so the ATP can easily available so we do not  need  the calcium for glycerinated muscle contraction

Studies show that a 1% increase in dietary saturated fatty acids will raise the risk of heart disease by what percentage
BARSIC [14]

Studies show that a 1% increase in dietary saturated fatty acids will raise the risk of heart disease by 2%.

Saturated fatty acid :

A saturated fatty acid is a type of fatty acid that lacks unsaturated linkages between carbon atoms. This type of fatty acid is saturated because it no longer has any double bonds, which prevents it from absorbing any more hydrogen. Animal fats frequently contain saturated fatty acids.

In the worldwide, cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of death and disability. Additionally, a poor diet is a major CVD risk factor. Therefore, changes in diet may help to considerably lower the occurrence of CVD. It is well known that saturated fatty acids (SFA) raise LDL cholesterol, a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease.

The nurse is caring for a client who is diagnosed with hypertension and is treated with combination therapy, aliskiren and enala
Galina-37 [17]

Aliskiren was added to enalapril in individuals with chronic heart failure, however there was no improvement in the side effects in hypertension. In comparison to enalapril, noninferiority was not demonstrated for aliskiren.

Antihypertensive medications like enalapril have varying effects on blood pressure regulation, so for a synergistic effect, these medications are typically combined. Ninety percent of hypertension patients have an unknown underlying etiology. As a result, the primary function of antihypertensive medications such as enalapril is to change the body's regulatory systems (such as the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system and baroreceptors) in order to maintain normal blood pressure. Enalapril at a dose of 5 or 10 mg twice daily for 2336 patients, aliskiren at a dose of 300 mg once daily for 2340 patients, or both therapies for 2340 patients of hypertension, to one of three groups (combination therapy). Heart failure hospitalization or death from cardiovascular causes made up the majority of the composite outcome in hypertension.

Which of the following encryption modes require the management of an IV? Select one or more: a. CFB b. GCM c. CTR d. OFB e. ECB
krok68 [10]

Answer:

a. CFB d. OFB f. CBC

Explanation:

The inputs to the encryption processes of the CBC, CFB, and OFB modes require the management of an IV (Initialization Vector) and denoted IV. The IV is used at an initial step in the encryption process of a message and in the corresponding decryption of the message.

For the CBC and CFB modes, the IV for a particular execution of the encryption process must be unable to be predicted, and for OFB mode, unique IVs must be used in each of the execution of the encryption process.
