With the decision by schools to mandate vaccine does this prevent a parent from living freely? Explain your answer
Phoenix [80]

Answer:

The debates over vaccinations are often cast as arguments over the integrity of science. But they can just as easily be understood as conversations about power, writes Eula Biss, a senior lecturer at Northwestern University, in her book, On Immunity: An Inoculation. As it stands, all 50 states require specific vaccines for school-aged children, although each grants exemptions for students unable to be vaccinated for medical reasons. The power struggle—pitting parents against parents—arises in the 19 states that allow families to opt out of vaccination requirements by claiming a "philosophical exemption," whether based on personal, moral, or religious beliefs.

Explain how the epithelium in each of the following regions of the respiratory tract is adapted so its structure follows its fun
vovangra [49]

Explanation:

a. Nasal cavity: the epithelium in this zone is meant to provide a physical barrier to the invasion of microorganism or particles, it also secretes and remove mucus and foreign particles, these epithelial cells are also involved in the igE producing process (perpetuating allergic responses. <em>The nose is the first barrier to the air that enters our body, that's why the epithelial cells in this zone focus in filtering foreign particles. </em>

b. Bronchiole: epithelium is ciliated and no ciliated, it becomes cuboidal in smaller passages as it continues to branch. The no ciliated cells, also known as club cells are the ones that produce surfactant. <em>Since bronchioles are passages to direct the air to the alveoles epithelial cells in this zone have adapted to go from larger branches to smaller ones to reach the alveoli. </em>

c. Alveolus: it's composed of two types of cells, type one, that constitute the air-blood barrier and type two, cells that produce surfactant to reduce surface tension to keep the alveolus shape when breathing.<em> Since alveoli's function is to allows oxygen/carbon dioxide to move between bloodstream the epithelial cells in this organ evolved to cover this job.</em>

I hope you find this information useful and interesting! good luck!

why would a grasping reflex and rooting reflex be the first stages of an infants neurological development?
astraxan [27]
This grasp reflex of the hands and feet is mediated by a spinal reflex mechanism, which appears to be under the regulatory control of nonprimary motor areas through the spinal interneurons. This reflex in human infants can be regarded as a rudiment of phylogenetic function.

Which of the following statements is the most accurate illustration of emotional development during the preschool years?
lutik1710 [3]
<h2>Answer:</h2>

During preschool years, children develop the <u>b. ability to wait for their turn to participate in an activity</u>.

<h2>Explanation:</h2>

In preschool, children enjoy doing new things and are more creative. They would rather prefer playing in group than being alone. They cooperate with other children in doing things or activities. They got excited and like to take turns in games or activities.

The kids around 3 to 5 years always expect new things and toys. They are more likely to develop a positive and healthy relationship with others.

For example, when they are playing cards games, they get excited for their turn. Another example is when a child does something and when the adults around the child encourage or clap then they do it with more excitement.

So, the children always wait for their turn to participate.
