If you can sing any song for your audition, I would recommend singing something from another musical, to show them that you are familiar with musicals. That is important in landing a role. Also, practice a lot the day/night before the audition. Go over the song you chose several times, and maybe write down all the words if you need help remembering them, because sometimes just writing something down can get it into your head better.
