Hello,

Answer: Here is what I could find!

Fortunately, exceptional mathematical fluency is required in only a few disciplines, such as particle physics, astrophysics and information theory. Far more important throughout the rest of science is the ability to form concepts, during which the researcher conjures images and processes by intuition.”

Best of Luck!

How do living things store their energy ?
Andrei [34K]
For most organism (animals and humans) glucogen is stored in the liver. Glycogen in basically a bundle of glucose. This is like storing energy as the glucogen can be changed back into glucose by a hormone by Glucagon. It breaks down the insoluble glycogen into glucose that can be used in respiration which creates energy.

How many organelles are in plant cells? please list them. :)
Murrr4er [49]
There are 11 organelles in total,
vacuoles: they store water
Chloroplasts: trap energy from the sun to produce food for plant cell
Cell wall: provides support and protection to the cell membrane,
Cell membrane: thin flexible barrier around a cell, controls what enters/ leaves the cell
Nucleus: 'The control center', carries the DNA of the cell
Ribosomes: Found in all cells, their jobs are to make protein
Endoplasmic Reticulum: The internal delivery system of the cell
Golgi complex: Transports materials throughout the cell
Lysosomes: Break down food into particles the cell can use. another function is they destroy old or dying cells
Mitochondria: Breaks down food to make ATP
and last but not least cytoplasm a jelly like fluid in the cell that keeps the organelles suspended

How are the Hawaiian honeycreepers an example of adaptive radiation?
tatuchka [14]

Answer: In adaptive radiation, many different species evolve from a single ancestor species. Each new species evolves to exploit a different niche, such as food source. In the example above, Hawaiian honeycreepers evolved a range of bill forms in response to available food sources on the Hawaiian archipelago. The honeycreepers dispersed from one founder species, and evolved in response to natural selection based on different food sources in their isolated habitats provided by water. Seed-eating birds evolved thick, short beaks.
