The answer
the third rope to counterbalance Sam and Charlie is F
and vectF +vectF1 +vectF2 =vect0
let's consider axis
y'y vectF = -F
      vectF 1= F1cos60
      vectF 2= F2cos45
-F = -F1cos60-F2co45
so F= F1cos60+F2co45= 350x0.5+400x0.7=457.84 pounds

A parabola has a vertex of (5,4) and goes through the point (6,-10)
natali 33 [55]
Y = -2(x-5)^2 + 4

Note: vertex form is 0, f(x), y, or nothing= a(x-h)^2 + k
The opposite of the x value of the vertex is h
The y value value of the vertex is k.

Find a. Plug in (6,-10)

-10 = a(6-5)^2 + 4
-10 = 1a + 4
-10 = 5a
a = -2

Use the long division method to find the result when 2 x 3 + 7 x 2 + 14 x + 12 2x 3 +7x 2 +14x+12 is divided by 2 x + 3 2x+3
egoroff_w [7]

Answer:

2 x 3 + 7 x 2 + 14 x + 12÷ 2x+ 3 = x² +2x+ 4

Step-by-step explanation:

We multiply the first term 2x of the divisor with a term ( quotient) to get the first term of the dividend. Then we multiply the same term with each term of the divisor and subtract it from the dividend. The process continues unless we get the zero or a much smaller number than the dividend as the remainder

                x² +2x+ 4

2x+3 ║2 x 3 + 7 x 2 + 14 x + 12

               2x³ + 3x²

                 - -

                         4x² +14x+12

                          4x²+ 6x

                         - -

                                   8x+12

                                     8x+12

                                   - -

                                      0

Help me out please!!!!!!
inn [45]

Answer:

C.

Step-by-step explanation:

Because the vertical line is the line that is parallel to the y-axis,

(V) : x = 1...because it only passes through 1 and has a gradient of (0)

The horizontal line is the line that is parallel to the x-axis

(H) : y = 6...because it passes through 6 and has a gradient of 0
