Midol did not relieve cramps, back pain, or fatigue. I took midol for the first time today, and two and a half hours later I am still waiting for it to work. I feel something, but not quite what I expected. After 30 minutes<span> after taking the recommended dose with water, I felt shaky and am not able to concentrate.</span>
