Hello. You didn't say which genocide you're referring to. However, genocides start because of ethnic, national, racial, religious and even political prejudices, the people involved in this practice, are authoritarian people and regardless of differences. To prevent the genocide, people can adopt measures that encourage the acceptance of differences between citizens, in addition to choosing their political representatives who do not encourage prejudiced and violent terms and behavior.

The international community can prevent genocides by paying attention to authoritarian, theocratic, ultra-nationalist governments that exhibit any type of harmful behavior. In addition, the international community can establish institutions that promote integration between people of races, ethnicities and religious. We cannot fail to mention that the international community must act in order to ban any hate speech proclaimed by leaders, in addition to harsh repressions for governments that incite genocide.

Who are the “working poor” and how the pandemic impacted them in the US.
satela [25.4K]

Answer:

“The working poor” are working people whose job does not bring them enough money. As these jobs are often considered essential, they are more likely to get ill at the time, and not have adequate medical care. In the time of the pandemic, they also can’t negotiate working conditions and wages and are forces by circumstances to work, risk their health and life, and be underpaid.

Explanation:

<u> “The Working poor” are people who do have the job, but they are still poor as the work they perform doesn’t pay enough to cover rational life expenses</u>. <u>The work these people do is usually difficult, either manual, physical work, work with long hours and without a weekend or work in the various bad conditions.</u>

During the pandemic, the need for work became high, while prices started rising. <u>Many people become unemployed, but as they need to support themselves and their families, they will take on the underpaid job. </u>In a time of global crisis, <u>it is unlikely people will be able to negotiate for better wages and working conditions.</u>

Additionally,<u> “working poor” are often considered essential workers (working in retail, production, delivery, cleaning, etc)</u>. <u>They can’t work at home and are in more immediate danger to get il</u>l. Their jobs often don’t cover the adequate health insurance they need, they are unable to take a paid leave and therefore <u>are in greater life danger.</u>

What is the main reason voters choose political candidates
Alex
Political candidates know how government system works, they study this stuff for a living, for a example. Let's say you are hiring someone to be your lawyer and you have 2 options. One knows a lot of about law, they have "<span>Master of Laws"</span> Master's degree and or other option is a man who is famous that has a lot of public influence . You would want the guy who knows a lot about law that best fits that role, same way in politics , you want someone who has experience and knows how the system works.<span />
