Shiela is more likely, two jobs can make you stressed and Sheila has them. The others have either 1 prioritie or have friends to help them, Shiela does not.

Compare and contrast the drive-reduction theory and the incentive theory of motivation.
Juli2301 [7.4K]

Answer:

Incentive theory of motivation suggests that external factors such as reward or punishment serve as a driving force which motivates humans to act. The external factors trigger a person to perform a task or activity to get the reward or avoid the punishment.

The drive-reduction theory explains that internal biological needs of a human trigger a person to act. If these biological needs remain unmet, they cause an internal tension such as hunger. These biological needs serve as a driving force for motivation.

What is the least important factor of a personal fitness program?
faust18 [17]

Answer:

The time of day

Explanation:

Although there are many important factors that need to be taken into account when planning and executing an exercise program, for you or another person, the least important factor to take into account is the time of day in which it is decided to perform the planned exercises.

Although, it is still extremely important to take time for sleep, so it is not a problem to perform an exercise program at night, however it should not affect your sleep patterns.
